Lead Like a Tree - a living practice where leadership returns to the body, the ancestors, and the long arc of time.
We stop pruning ourselves and grow in service of the great mother.

for the ones who don't fit inside traditional leadership models

Why

this

matters

now

Many of us have been shaped by leadership and work systems that reward urgency, constant visibility, and high-energy performance. Over time, for us, this creates exhaustion, self-doubt “I'm I doing it wrong?”, and a quiet disconnection from what we know to be true.

Awareness alone doesn’t undo this conditioning — and even the most conscious, intuitive, embodied women can feel themselves pulled back into “the norm” without spaces that actively support a different way of being.

You know that constant output isn’t sustainable.
You understand that your body, your intuition, and your lineage matter.
And yet, without the right conditions, it’s easy to slip back into proving, rushing, explaining, and playing a game you no longer believe in.

This practice exists to interrupt that pattern — not through willpower or discipline, but through structure, rhythm, and collective support that make another way of leading possible to live, not just understand.

This practice is for you if…

01

You're an artist, healer, witch, coach, entrepreneur, mother, medicine woman, storyteller, speaker or community builder — and you move between worlds, and likely between these roles too!

02

You're tired of leadership models that reward speed, constant visibility, and hyper self-promo

03

You feel relief at the idea of not having to prove, persuade, or perform.

04

You trust body wisdom, ancestry, intuition, darkness, cycles and the unseen as legitimate sources of guidance.

05

You resonate with leadership that is relational and collective — more mycelium than hierarchy.

06

You're thinking in long arcs: legacy, culture, future generations.

07

You're in a season of midlife permission — less pretending, more truth. More Hecate energy.

08

You want to build something that can hold you over time (kairos time, not chronos time)

LEAD LIKE A TREE

a living practice

A 4-week embodied practice for leadership that serves life, not ego + 1:1 Tree clinic

Pay in full

£300

Pay in two

£150/mo

Each week we work with one part of the Tree as a living system — we meet for 90min on zoom

01

Tue 17th Feb: Roots: Lineage · Values · Integrity · Belonging

This is where urgency softens and something steadier takes hold.

02

Tue 24th Feb: Trunk: Embodiment · Boundaries · Voice

Leadership here is reliable, not rigid.
Present, not performative.

03

Tue 3rd Mar: Branches + Fruit: Work · Offerings · Community · Seasonality

In this model, output is seasonal.
Fruit arrives when roots are fed.

04

Tue 10th Mar: Soil + Leaves: Ecosystem · Support · Rest · Release

Because leadership does not fail from lack of strategy,
it fails from lack of soil.

05

1:1 Tree Clinic (90 minutes online)

This is a grounded, intuitive session where we map your leadership ecosystem together, identifying where you are over-reaching, under-rooted, what's ready to grow and compost.

Trees do not serve ego.
They serve life.

They do not compete for light.
They do not rush growth.
They do not grow to be admired or measured.

They respond to seasons.
They rest.
They shed what no longer serves the whole.
They grow in relationship with everything around them.

When leadership is guided by ego, we prune ourselves to belong.
When leadership is guided by life, belonging is built into the system.

This practice is an invitation to return to that way of leading.

Caro

Gomez

I’m Caro Gómez — artist, witch, storyteller, somatic space-holder and steward of ancestral, cacao-filled, joy-soaked work. I’ve spent years weaving together artistry, ancestry and unconventional business, helping shapeshifters, creatives and community-builders remember that their leadership is not a brand… it’s a continuation of a lineage.

Lead Like a Tree is the leadership language I wish I’d had years ago — a model that makes sense for people like us, whose power lives in our roots.

The world doesn’t need more leaders at the top.
It needs more leaders rooted deep enough to grow something uncommon

FAQ

When will the sessions take place?

The live sessions will take place weekly from Tuesday 17th February to Tuesday 10th March, at midday (UK time).
All sessions are held live on Zoom, and replays will be available if you can’t attend live.

What happens inside the sessions?

Each session is a blend of teaching, reflection, somatic awareness, and spacious dialogue. We work with the Tree model not as theory, but actively applying the intricacies of this philosophy into your leadership style, your purpose and your work.
This is a space for listening, noticing, and integrating, not fixing or forcing.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final.
Please purchase mindfully, feeling into whether this is the right practice for you at this time.

When does the 1:1 Tree Clinic take place?

Once you join, I’ll share my calendly link so you can book your 90-minute private Tree Clinic at a time that works for you. The tree clinic will take place shortly after the four-week practice.

Why is it priced at this level?

I want this way of leading to spread far and wide, and I don’t want cost to be a barrier at this time. To offer context, my 1:1 work is £250 per hour, so this container — four live sessions plus a private 1:1 — is intentionally accessible.

It’s a no-brainer if this way speaks to you.

Is this for everyone?

While many people are drawn to this way of leading and being in the world, this practice is not designed for those seeking strategies to scale, step-by-step methods, or business frameworks.

This is best suited for women who are building their own distinct body of work, leading in ways that are relational, embodied, and long-term. And willing to take sovereign responsibility for how they show up in the world

If you’re looking for a formula, this won’t be the right fit.
If you’re building something rooted, alive, and true — it likely will be.
